Weight
The Osprey Exos Pro are considered the most comfortable lightweight pack out there for its carrying class, with heaps of design features solely for comfort. It sits at a weight of 930 grams and can carry up to 30lbs (13.6kg). The NanoFly™ ripstop material with DWR treatments makes this pack durable but also very water resistant. This pack is one of the most common seen on any long-distance hiking trail.

Weight
The pack uses NanoFly™ lightweight fabric and also the Ultralight Airspeed™ lightweight injection-molded ladder adjustment system which keeps the pack down to 940g (55L Small-Medium) to 980g (59L Large-Extra Large). You can also remove the top lid to reduce weight by 80g but be aware you also lose 9 litres of storage.
Durability
Osprey use their NanoFly™ fabric, which is made from 100D Nylon on the pack overall and 200D UHMWPE ripstop on the areas where you will likely experience the most wear and tear.
Rain Protection
The DWR treatment, integrated FlapJacket, and top lid make this pack highly water resistant, but it is still recommended to use a rain cover and a pack liner to keep your gear dry. Users report the pack remains highly water resistant even with the top lid removed.
Space Capacity
The Men’s pack is available in small/medium and large/extra-large and can carry up to 18kg.
Comfort
The back side of this pack has both breathability from the mesh and unique structure so your back doesn’t get sweaty, yet strong support and even distribution. Adjustable and high grip straps with lots of padding ensure a comfortable yet stable fit all around.
